1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged, you can contact us to apply for a replacement within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the product.
When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return and exchange of goods, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant goods. Overdue will not be accepted.
2. We may ask you to provide photos and/or videos to verify compliance with the return conditions.
3. We accept the following return reasons: (unconditional return needs to be discussed with us)
The item is damaged/defective
Not what you ordered
4. Returns are not accepted in the following situations, including but not limited to:
i. The product is no longer in new condition, or has been used
ii. The product has been washed with water or detergent
iii. The product has been artificially damaged, stained or incomplete
iv. The color difference between the product and the website photo
v. Any free gift
vi. Goods that have been returned once
vii. Change of mind and return
viii. Items redeemed with shopping credits
5. Personal personal items (such as masks, PPE personal protective equipment), all consumables (such as alcohol hand sanitizer), etc. will not be returned or exchanged based on hygiene issues.
6. Gifts and redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. Factors such as shooting light, mobile phone or computer screen may cause color difference in the photo, and the product color shall prevail in kind.
8. If a product of the same type has been sold out, it can be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value than the original purchase value, or a product of higher value with the difference in price.
If the product is returned to a product with a lower value than the original value, the balance will not be refunded. (The product value is based on the unit price on the date of application for return and exchange).
