Defect description / Please be sure to read the following instructions carefully. The following situations are not within the scope of defects.
Color Difference: Every computer will have color difference, please refer to the actual product.
Metal scratches; Metal products, or overlapping parts, will cause friction on the surface, with small scratches and small bumps.
Dimensional error; The size may have errors due to different measurements, 0.5-1 cm is normal.
Sweat will destroy the electroplating layer. If you are prone to sweating, improper cleaning or frequent wearing may cause the product to turn black.
maintainance
We provide one to two years of repair and maintenance to customers who purchase watches from our physical stores. This warranty covers original manufacturing defects of the watch, including the watch movement, case or strap. In addition to the above, other factors are not included in maintenance.
If maintenance is required, the dial, glass or strap may be replaced if the original is unavailable, and the customer is responsible for the costs and postage incurred.
There will be a charge for battery replacement during the maintenance period.
The maintenance period 'does not' cover the following issues:
-Damage caused by accident, mishandling or abuse (drops or bumps).
-Glass scratches, cracks
-Case scratched, damaged
-Strap wear and tear
-The cause of damage is caused by exceeding the water resistance limit.
